Lessons Learned
There is much to be learned for an American traveling to Europe for the first time based upon my recent trip with my family to Brussels and Amsterdam. The lessons include but are not limited to observations such as Europeans being more bilingual than the average American, the abundance of multi-modal transportation as compared to the heavy dependence on automobiles in the U.S., and the many buildings which are several centuries old which reflects an apparent priority placed upon preservation.Read more ...
